The Project

Patricia runs Wellness Dental Hygiene — an independent dental hygiene practice built around gentle, personalized care. She needed a website that reflected her approach: professional enough to be credible, warm enough to put anxious patients at ease, and practical enough to handle appointment bookings without needing to call.

Healthcare-adjacent businesses face a specific design challenge: the site needs to feel clean and trustworthy while also being inviting. Cold and clinical doesn't convert. Neither does overly casual.

What We Did

• Warm, welcoming design: A soft, approachable color palette and clean layout that mirrors Patricia's commitment to patient comfort — professional without being sterile.
• Service pages: Detailed pages for each service — teeth cleaning, preventative care, and more — giving potential patients the information they need to feel informed before booking.
• Online appointment booking: Integrated a user-friendly booking system so patients can schedule appointments directly from the site, reducing phone volume and making access easier.
• Mobile optimization: Fully responsive across all devices.

Challenges

The primary challenge was balancing professionalism with personal warmth. Dental anxiety is real, and a cold or overly clinical website can reinforce it. The design needed to signal competence while also communicating that patients would be comfortable and well cared for. Clear, reassuring content and a carefully considered visual tone were the tools for getting that balance right.

The Results

The Wellness Dental Hygiene website now serves as an essential front door for Patricia's practice — helping her connect with new patients and streamlining appointment scheduling.
